At Lumene, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Nordic-inspired beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand the package to your local authorized courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we inspect the returned items.
